This is very beautiful. You have definitely captured the feeling of a quiet foggy morning. Looking forward to seeing your next one : )

Todd - this has such a lonesome feel to it. Great job!

Hey Denny, great to hear from you again. This boat is in Ogunquit near York, Maine. Good to hear you're moving to Rye, that's very cool you lucky dog. We'll have to get together to do some plein air. So much to paint there.

All the best my friend.

Todd,
I love the atmosphere of this piece. It reminds me so much of Stonington on a foggy morning! Nice!

Very lovely Todd. Beautiful restrained palette and a forlorn sort of mood.

Thanks to you all. I was in Stonington last year and was moved by the mood and feeling of that place...It's like walking through an Andrew Wyeth painting. Quintessential coastal Maine...gritty, moody, earthy and full of wonderful character.

Not sure what I can add but it's another fantastic painting. So well done as always, can feel the dampness in the air.

You've captured the stillness and quiet in this piece Todd. You can almost feel the damp and smell the mud...
