Really shines on that black. I can feel the calm of the piece. This one won't last long.
Thanks Frank, for such a peaceful image, it wiped me out..I was exhausted after painting it. I repainted the distant water three times.

This is an exceptional painting especially the shadows on the water. The painting has depth and calm at the same time. Pat
I sense a narrative quality to this painting, Todd. He seems to be interacting with someone, perhaps in another boat or ashore. I can almost hear the sound of their voices carrying over these quiet waters. Great light quality--nice job!
